Qualifications

• Licensed MLS/MT required (ASCP BOC).
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology required.
• At least 10 years in technical laboratory services and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with regional operations and medical leaders to strengthen the enterprise.
• Directs efficient lab operations and liaises with administration and leadership.
• Plans and participates in projects to meet strategic initiatives, including quantitative outcomes.
• Develops, implements, and monitors budgets and analyzes fiscal needs and departmental performance.
• Implements standards and systems to enhance quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
