• MLS/MT certification required or equivalent accrediting agency acceptance.
• 5 years in technical lab services with 3 years leadership experience in staff and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with pathologists and administrative leadership to support lab services enterprise-wide.
• Lead projects aligning with strategic lab and safety initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets; analyze fiscal needs and address variances.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, FDA, and Joint Commission.
• Drive continuous performance improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
