Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical lab services with 3 years in leadership, budgets, and multi-lab functions.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with pathologists and administration to align lab services with enterprise goals.
• Develops and monitors budgets; analyzes fiscal needs and performance and addresses variances.
• Leads quality, compliance, and readiness with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Directs implementation of standards, systems, and initiatives to improve efficiency and patient care.
