Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences or medical technology.
• MLS/BOC or MT certification preferred or required.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in technical laboratory services with 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with pathologists and leadership to ensure lab services support clinical and safety initiatives.
• Aligns with corporate strategies and acts as liaison between hospital administration and laboratory leadership.
• Develops and participates in projects to meet strategic initiatives with quantitative outcomes.
• Monitors budget compliance and analyzes fiscal needs and performance, addressing variances.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved objectives.
