Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Product Manager to drive product specifications and sales across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia from Cary, NC. You will develop regional sales strategies and identify key A&D influencers.

You will present technical overviews to architects, developers, and contractors, build strategic relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to position products effectively across a multi-state territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience.
• Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market.
• Ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to meet defined goals.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community.
• Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors.
• Conduct product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients.
• Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community.
