This hybrid role offers professional training, travel up to 10%, and performance-based bonuses with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have experience scheduling and closing architectural design sales projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and general contractors to secure project specifications.
• Host professional AIA luncheons and educational seminars to present innovative architectural product solutions.
• Attend targeted industry trade shows and participate in local AIA chapters to expand the brand network.
• Coordinate with sales and client relations to manage pipelines and hit volume targets.
• Track market trends and regional project data to identify new commercial, industrial, and government contract opportunities.
