Job summary

ARDEX Americas is seeking an Architectural & National Accounts Specialist to drive specifications and grow national accounts across the Northeast corridor. This field-based role requires building relationships with architects, designers, and consultants while working with regional sales teams to expand project pipelines.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in architectural or specification sales, a four-year degree, and strong presentation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in architectural or specification sales.
• Knowledge of architectural specifications, construction design processes, and project influence strategies
• Experience selling building products, flooring systems, construction materials, or related products
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory up to 30%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural specifications across the Northeast region.
• Develop national account relationships with retail, hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial construction accounts.
• Influence product selection and specification decisions during project design phases.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to expand project pipelines and uncover new opportunities.
• Serve as ARDEX contact for designated national accounts and be a trusted technical resource.
