Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Regional A/R Specialist to manage accounts receivable for the Central Region. You will work closely with customers and Tuff Shed locations to confirm service levels and payment readiness under the Sales Agreement.

Key responsibilities include outbound payment readiness calls, resolving escalations with local factories, and maintaining installation documents. Strong communication and MS Office/CRM proficiency are essential; prior leadership experience is valued.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume operational environment supporting remote facilities.
• Experience handling escalated customers in a service setting.
• Strong communication across all levels via email, text, and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/financial software.
• Ability to apply accounting and financial tools to solve problems.

Mansioni

• Perform outbound calls to customers after a closed installation activity to ensure satisfaction and readiness to pay.
• Coordinate with local factories to settle escalation points from customer feedback.
• Ensure installation documents are uploaded in partner systems upon customer signature.
• Assist in regional A/R reporting and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Tuff Shed management.
