Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Regional AR Specialist to manage Accounts Receivable for the Central Region. You will work with customers and Tuff Shed locations to ensure service levels and timely payments as outlined in the Sales Agreement.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach after installations, collaboration with factories, and accurate regional AR reporting to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform outbound calls to customers after installations to verify satisfaction and readiness to pay.
• Experience coordinating with factories to resolve escalations related to customer feedback.
• Maintain and upload installation documents in partner systems after customer signatures.
• Assist in regional reporting and communications related to AR activities.
• Includes performing other duties as assigned by Tuff Shed management.

Responsibilities

• Work with local factories to settle escalation points from customer feedback.
• Ensure installation documents are uploaded in Partner systems upon customer signature.
• Assist in regional AR reporting and communications.

BUILD YOUR CAREER AT TUFF SHED! We're recruiting for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Regional A/R Specialist to manage Accounts Receivable activity for our Central Region. This position works directly with Tuff Shed customers and individual Tuff Shed locations to ensure that customers have received expected service levels and are prepared to complete payments as outlined in the Tuff Shed Sales Agreement.

Skills & Experience

• Perform outbound calls to customers after a closed installation activity to ensure customer satisfaction, completeness and readiness to complete payment as outlined in the Tuff Shed Sales Agreement
• Work with local Factories to settle escalation points relating from Customer feedback
• Work in Partner system(s) to ensure all applicable installation documents are uploaded upon receipt of customer signature
• Assist in Regional reporting and communication as it relates to A/R activities
• Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Tuff Shed management

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
