Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Regional AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable for our Southeast region from the Mobile location.

This on-site role collaborates with customers and local Tuff Shed sites to ensure service levels and timely payments in accordance with the Sales Agreement. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume AR environments, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• High paced, high-volume operational AR environment.
• Experience handling escalated customers in a customer-service setting.
• Strong leadership and peer-support skills.
• Clear communication across all levels via email, text, presentations and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/financial software such as Salesforce and JDE.
• Ability to solve problems using logic, business judgment, and accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers after installation to verify satisfaction and readiness to pay.
• Coordinate with local factories to settle escalation points from customer feedback.
• Work in Partner systems to ensure installation documents are uploaded after customer signature.
• Assist in regional AR reporting and communication.
