Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of craft training, apprenticeship classes, and workforce development across the region. You will manage schedules, registrations, communications, records, and logistics to ensure effective training delivery for craft professionals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience using LMS and maintaining compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years in training coordination or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources for program execution.
• Maintain training records, certifications, compliance docs, and participant data in LMS systems.
• Track participation and completion; generate reports for audits and compliance.
• Primary point of contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders regarding training.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, safety, and field leadership to support workforce readiness.
