Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, administer, and execute craft training and apprenticeship classes across the region.

The role partners with instructors, workforce development teams, and field leaders to ensure effective programs, accurate records, and engagement of employees at all levels. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in training coordination or workforce development roles preferred.
• Experience with construction, safety training, or apprenticeship programs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Track participation and completion; generate reports for audits and metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders.
