Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, administer, and execute craft training and apprenticeship classes across the region. You will partner with instructors, workforce development teams, and field leaders to ensure programs run efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and collaborative, with experience in training coordination or education administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of training coordination or workforce development experience preferred.
• Experience with construction industry training and safety programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of training programs and apprenticeship activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
• Track participation and generate reports for audit and metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, instructors, and field leaders.
• Partner with operations, safety, HR, and leadership to support workforce readiness.
• Support workforce outreach and apprenticeship recruitment.
• Assist with curriculum updates and program documentation.
• Support new training technologies and systems.
• Ensure training environments and materials meet safety and operational standards.
