Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree, bachelors degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in training coordination or related fields preferred
• Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, apprenticeship, or safety training programs preferred
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities across the region
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources for successful program execution
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and participant data
• Track training participation and completion requirements and support audit activities
• Serve as primary contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders regarding training
• Partner with operations, safety, HR, and field leadership to support workforce readiness and development
• Assist with curriculum updates, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support implementation of new training technologies and systems
• Ensure training environments and materials meet safety and operational standards
• Track and update compliance records with 3rd party organizations like RAPIDS, DOL, WECA
