Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, administration, and execution of craft training and apprenticeship programs across the region. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or related fields preferred.
• Experience in construction, apprenticeship, workforce development, or safety training preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using LMS or training databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources for program execution.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and participant data.
• Track training participation, completion requirements, and workforce development metrics; generate reports for audits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders on training programs.
• Partner with operations, workforce development, safety, HR, and field leadership to support workforce readiness and development goals.
• Support workforce outreach, apprenticeship recruitment, and career pathway initiatives.
• Assist with curriculum updates, training materials, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support implementation of new training technologies and systems.
