Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, administer, and execute craft training and apprenticeship initiatives across the region. You will manage schedules, registrations, communications, records, and program administration, ensuring efficient delivery and a positive learning experience for craft professionals and employees at all levels.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Experience supporting training coordination and workforce development.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with education administration or related fields.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs and apprenticeship activities.
Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, and logistics.
Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Track participation and support reporting and audits.
Act as primary contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and leaders.
Collaborate with operations, safety, HR, and field leadership on workforce readiness.
