Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and administration of craft training, apprenticeship classes, and workforce development across the region.

You will partner with instructors, workforce development teams, and field leaders to ensure training programs run efficiently, with accurate records, timely reporting, and a positive learning experience for employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in training coordination or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting construction, apprenticeship, workforce development, or safety training programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, workforce development initiatives, and apprenticeship-related activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources to ensure successful program execution.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and participant data within learning management and workforce development systems.
• Track training participation, completion requirements, and workforce development metrics; generate reports and support audit and compliance activities as needed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders regarding training programs, schedules, and requirements.
