Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support planning, coordination, administration, and execution of craft training and apprenticeship classes across the region.

The role partners with instructors, workforce development teams, and field leaders to deliver programs efficiently, manage schedules, records, and communications, and drive positive learning experiences for craft professionals at all levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting construction, workforce development, or safety training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of training programs, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Track participation and generate reports to support audits and metrics.
• Be the primary contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, HR, and leadership to support training goals.
• Assist with curriculum updates, materials, and program documentation.
• Support the implementation of new training technologies and systems.
• Ensure training environments and equipment meet safety and operational standards.
