Protective Life is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee annuity wholesale distribution across CO, UT and WY. You will manage external relationships with banks, wirehouses and independents, driving production and shaping the regional business plan in collaboration with internal wholesalers.

The role requires 5+ years in annuity wholesale distribution, sales leadership experience, and active state Life & Health licensing along with FINRA 6/63.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree required
• 5+ years in annuity wholesale distribution
• State Life and Health license and FINRA Series 6/63 required
• External sales management experience preferred
• Proven track record in territory sales

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain annuity production through a detailed business plan including training, motivation, and developing relationships with Financial Institutions
• Support and advocate for corporate objectives; act as steward of company resources; lead within Annuity Distribution group
• Execute wholesaling functions in assigned geographic territories - cultivate a successful business with top producers in independent channels
• Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers - drive sales in the territory
• Execute activity expectations to maximize opportunities to grow advisor relationships and sales
