Job summary

Protective Life seeks an experienced annuity wholesaler to join its Distribution Group as a Regional Vice President, covering Banks, Wirehouse, and Independent channels for Iowa and Nebraska. The role offers a base salary, strong benefits, and an uncapped commission plan.

Responsibilities include developing annuity production through a detailed business plan, coordinating with Internal Wholesalers, and driving regional sales with top producers across channels.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required.
• 5+ years of annuity wholesale distribution experience.
• External sales management experience preferred.
• License: State Life and Health; FINRA Series 6 & 63.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annuity production via a detailed regional business plan with Financial Institutions.
• Advocate for corporate objectives and lead within the Annuity Distribution group.
• Execute wholesaling functions in assigned territory and cultivate top producers in independent channels.
• Coordinate with Internal Wholesalers to drive sales and align territory activity.
• Drive regional business planning and activities to maximize advisor relationships and sales.
