Job summary

Protective Life is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead annuity wholesale distribution across Banks, Wirehouse, and Independent channels in the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA, ID, MT, AK).

In this role you will develop regional business plans, cultivate top producer relationships, and drive activity to meet sales goals. A BS/BA is required with 5+ years in annuity wholesale distribution and licensure (Life, Health, FINRA 6 & 63); compensation includes base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree required; 5+ years in annuity wholesale distribution.
• Experience in all channels of annuity distribution; external sales management preferred.
• State Life and Health License and FINRA Series 6 and 63.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high level of annuity production through a detailed business plan, training, motivating, and developing relationships with financial institutions.
• Support corporate objectives; act as a steward of company resources; be a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
• Execute wholesaling functions in assigned territories and cultivate top producer relationships to meet activity and sales goals.
• Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers; drive sales team activities in the territory; align with territory strategy.
• Maximize opportunities to grow advisor relationships and sales.
