Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Regional Anesthesia Operations Manager to oversee daily operational performance across the region in Texas and adjacent markets. The role aligns clinical leadership with corporate operations, focusing on efficiency, onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
3–5+ years of operations management experience in healthcare or anesthesia/physician practice settings.
Experience with provider onboarding, credentialing, or practice operations.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare billing, scheduling systems, and credentialing workflows.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational performance of anesthesia practices in the region.
Monitor OR utilization, case volume, scheduling efficiency, and provider productivity.
Drive market performance and manage scalable solutions for improvements.
Lead or support market expansion, new contract launches, and onboarding.
Monitor regional P&L, provider costs, and contract compliance.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Credentialing and Contracting teams.
Ensure timely credentialing, onboarding, and privileging for providers.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
Prepare operational reports for VP-level executives and stakeholders.
