hireneXus is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of medical aesthetics clinics across the Western United States. You will manage performance, coach Practice Managers, and drive integration of acquisitions in a fast-paced, private equity-backed platform.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to scale infrastructure while maintaining exceptional patient experiences. Expect travel 40–50% with substantial ownership of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in multi-site healthcare operations leadership or equivalent.
• Experience with private equity-backed growth and acquisitions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial performance across a regional portfolio of clinics.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead multi-site leadership and development of Practice Managers.
• Integrate newly acquired practices and standardize processes across locations.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, compliance, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
