Job summary

Parallel ENT & Allergy seeks a Director of Regional Operations to lead clinical operations and regional business performance across multi-location ENT clinics. This role blends on-the-ground clinic leadership with strategic accountability for scheduling, revenue cycle, vendor management, and market growth.

You will manage a small team of managers, partner with the COO, and drive improvements in patient access, efficiency, and financial health while upholding patient-centered care in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in healthcare operations or practice leadership.
• Experience overseeing clinical and business operations; ENT/specialty exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational and financial performance across market locations.
• Set and monitor KPIs for clinic performance and patient access.
• Conduct site visits and coach managers to ensure standards.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage SLAs.
• Partner with Finance and Parallel leadership on budgets and growth initiatives.
