Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Regional Anesthesia Operations Manager to oversee regional operational performance across anesthesia practices. You will liaise between clinical leadership, admin teams, and corporate functions to monitor financials, scheduling, and onboarding/credentialing across markets.

The role requires 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, strong credentials management, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
3–5+ years of healthcare operations management experience.
Experience managing provider onboarding and credentialing processes.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and scheduling systems.
Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary operational contact for anesthesia group leaders and hospital administrators in the region.
Monitor OR utilization, case volume, scheduling, and provider productivity.
Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve market performance.
Lead market expansion, new contracts, and facility onboarding.
Monitor regional P&L indicators and coordinate with finance on compensation changes.
Coordinate provider scheduling and staffing across regional facilities.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and credentialing for providers.
Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for audits and payer credentialing cycles.
Communicate operational updates to VP-level and executive stakeholders.
