Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a regional Anesthesia Operations leader to oversee managers across multiple facilities, align coverage with clinical needs, and drive growth across the region.

You will partner with medical and CRNA leadership, manage staffing budgets, and standardize processes to ensure high-quality perioperative care. This role emphasizes executive collaboration and regional performance accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree (MHA/MBA) preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides regional oversight, coaching, and performance management for Anesthesia Operations Managers.
• Escalates regional issues requiring cross-site authority and executive involvement.
• Owns regional staffing, call coverage, and compliance across sites.
• Partners with Medical Directors and CRNA/CAA leadership on coverage models.
• Leads growth discussions with hospital leadership on new sites and resource planning.
• Develops regional metrics and dashboards; reports trends to service line leadership.
• Supports credentialing, payroll, onboarding and HR/regulatory documentation at site level.
• Represents the service line in regional governance and leadership meetings.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, and succession planning for the region.
• Owns regional scheduling strategy with scheduling systems and technology.
