Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks a Regional Program Manager to oversee on-site anesthesia programs at assigned hospital(s) and partner sites. You will work with the Program Medical Director and Chief CRNA to manage operations, quality, safety, and provider well-being.

Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, and coordinating with hospital leadership to meet performance objectives; you will also lead a regional team and drive improvements across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and managing processes in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site anesthesia program operations and collaborate with PMD/Chief CRNA.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and provider performance across hospitals.
• Develop action plans and manage dashboards to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership and C-suite to ensure compliance and quality.
