Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Five plus years of effective and relevant work experience in event and program planning with some fundraising experience.
• Experience collaborating with volunteer-based support groups or constituents and special event coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Regional Engagement to shape strategic vision, management, and marketing of regional programs.
• Engage with alumni and friends locally and in region through calls, emails, visits, and group gatherings.
• Document interactions in the CRM and support monthly metrics reporting to leadership.
• Drive regional operations: manage relationships, events, and communications for the market.
• Develop regional programming/events appealing to diverse audiences and involving senior university leadership and faculty as appropriate.
• Plan, budget, and execute programs/events including Game Watch, Cane Conversations, and national tours.
• Maximize constituent engagement through social and direct outreach, digital media, and personal contacts.
• Identify and recruit volunteers and coordinate with school and college events to engage constituents and referrals.
