Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking an experienced Alumni Relations Manager to lead data-driven engagement across our global network. This full-time role offers remote or office options and a chance to shape the world’s premier alumni community.

You will manage the alumni database, develop content, plan events, collaborate with regional teams, drive referrals and donations, and highlight stories for marketing. Strong organization, communication, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in alumni relations, community management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and foster meaningful relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, community platforms, and event management software.
• Creativity and a strategic mindset for community growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Alumni Database Management: develop, maintain, and improve the alumni database with accuracy and privacy in mind.
• Community Engagement: manage digital platforms and communications to foster a strong alumni community.
• Event Planning and Execution: plan and host 2–3 major alumni events annually (virtual and in-person).
• Collaboration with Local Crimson Markets: partner with regional teams and country managers to tailor initiatives.
• Referral and Donation Initiatives: drive referrals and donations through alumni engagement programs.
• General Alumni Relations: serve as primary contact for inquiries and enhance alumni experience.
