This role involves developing strong alumni relationships, planning events to foster alumni engagement, and collaborating with school departments to promote involvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in alumni relations or event planning, and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, master’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in alumni relations or event planning preferred.
• Good oral and written English communication skills are essential.
• Good spoken and written Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.

• Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies.
• Plan and execute alumni-related events and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate alumni records and manage communications.
• Support alumni volunteers and committees in their activities.
• Oversee budgets for alumni events and initiatives.
