Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience in alumni relations, annual giving, stewardship and donor engagement.
• Ability to develop outreach campaigns, events and prospect qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute alumni engagement, annual giving, stewardship, and fundraising initiatives.
• Manage outreach campaigns, events, donor cultivation, and prospect development.
• Collaborate with university partners to build a pipeline of engaged alumni and donors.
• Identify major gift prospects and contribute to advancement strategies.
• Maintain records of interactions and fundraising progress in Ascend database.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support events and programs.
• Coordinate communications calendars and campaign messaging for fundraising efforts.
• Support digital giving and social media campaigns in collaboration with MARCOM.
