Job summary

AHW LLC is seeking a Customer Support Representative to act as the regional contact for parts, service, equipment support, and general account needs across Small Ag, Turf, and CCE equipment. You will coordinate with Parts, Service, Sales, and other departments to ensure timely resolutions and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service, dealership, parts, sales support or service.
• Knowledge of Small Ag, Turf, CCE equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Visits current and prospective customers to build relationships and identify support needs.
• Serves as primary contact for questions related to parts, service, equipment support, scheduling, promotions, and offerings.
• Identifies opportunities to promote dealership parts, service, maintenance, and support solutions.
• Maintains awareness of programs, promotions, and offerings and communicates them to customers.
• Coordinates needs and communications between Parts, Service, Sales and other departments to resolve requests.
