Job summary

AHW LLC is seeking an experienced technician to perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment. You will support customers, explain service concerns, document work orders, and participate in required training.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer interaction, with opportunities to promote service programs and maintain vehicle inventory and tools.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of on-site service repair experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform complex repairs using special tools per Technical Manual.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural/turf equipment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on agricultural/turf equipment and AMS products.
• Participate in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Explain maintenance or repair concerns to customers and document on work orders.
• Promote dealer service programs to customers where appropriate.
• Maintain safe working environment and adhere to safety program.
