Job summary

AHW LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment. You will interact with customers to explain maintenance needs and may promote dealer service programs, while supporting clinics and safeguarding equipment.

Role requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with Service Advisor and basic computer use. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site service experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform complex repairs using Technical Manual procedures.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participates in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Supports customer clinics and documents on work orders.
• Explains maintenance and repair concerns to customers; may promote service programs.
• Maintains vehicle, trailer, tools and inventory; ensures safety and cleanliness.
