Job summary

AHW LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician to independently diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment in the field. You will interact with customers to explain service needs and document work orders, while following safety protocols.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge, at least 5 years of on-site experience, and a valid driver's license. Training and parts coordination support are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site service repairs experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform complex repairs using manuals and special tools.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in ag/turf equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural/turf equipment.
• Participate in required training programs and customer clinics.
• Explain maintenance and repair needs to customers and document on work orders.
• Promote service programs to customers when appropriate.
• Maintain vehicle, trailer, inventory and tools; uphold safety standards.
