AHW LLC is seeking a customer-oriented associate to handle communications with customers by phone and e-mail, and to promote and sell products to meet needs. You will respond to order issues promptly, suggest related products, and assist in keeping the parts department organized and safe.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of parts and machinery, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus; lifting up to 75 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and approachable demeanor.
• General knowledge of parts and machinery.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.
• Strong multi-tasking ability while handling multiple requests.
• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to use John Deere Parts Catalog software.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming Online Sales phone calls and inquiries.
• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Communicates with customers in a timely manner regarding order issues.
• Makes customers aware of related products when assisting with orders.
• Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Maintains all departmental tools and equipment.
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to safety program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
