Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Aftermarket to grow service and parts sales across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. You will build dealer relationships, promote service offerings, and coordinate with service centers to maximize fleet uptime.

Travel up to 60% and reside in one of the supported states. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of regional sales experience in portable industrial equipment or related sectors are preferred,

Qualifications

• Two to three years of sales experience in portable industrial or construction equipment, parts, or service preferred.
• Experience with distributors, rental companies, or construction industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to grow aftermarket sales within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and build relationships with key fleet, parts, service, and aftermarket contacts.
• Promote service offerings, parts, remanufactured equipment, major repairs, refurbishments, and service agreements to increase aftermarket business.
• Partner with Service Center Managers to coordinate customer needs, service opportunities, and service center workload.
• Manage service leads and develop maintenance programs tailored to local customer needs.
• Work with dealer partners to maintain appropriate parts inventory and turnover to support fleet uptime and maximize sales.
