Job summary

ALCO Management, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple affordable apartment communities, guiding site teams to operational excellence while maintaining compliance and resident success across the portfolio.

The RPM will lead Community Managers, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and rental-rate strategies within program guidelines, reporting to the Senior Director of Property Management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified team members across portfolio.
• Mentor and support Community Managers and site teams for policy alignment.
• Lead portfolio meetings to strengthen communication and accountability.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team environment.
• Partner with property managers to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
