Cambridge Management, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of communities. You will lead managers and maintenance staff, ensure budget adherence, and drive occupancy and income targets while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with travel across the portfolio and occasional outside collaborations to advance the company’s reputation and performance.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of property management experience, LIHTC/HUD preferred.
• Experience managing up to 1,500 units within a multi-site region.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage all communities to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Lead Community Managers and maintenance teams; recruit and hire staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and community plans; review variances and KPIs.
• Coordinate audits with regulators and syndicators; ensure compliance.
• Deliver regional reports and maintain strong external relationships.
