Job summary

VOA Michigan (VOAMI) seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead and direct day-to-day operations across multiple apartment communities. You will oversee staff, ensure occupancy targets, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, maintaining policies, and acting as a liaison with leadership to drive performance and resident satisfaction within affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Five consecutive years of site management experience in multi-site properties.
• Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and affordable housing programs.
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities.
• Ensure occupancy and financial performance targets are met.
• Oversee staff recruitment, development, and cross-training.
• Maintain compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and local regulations.
• Represent VOA Michigan at meetings and with regulatory bodies.
