Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Admissions/Marketing role in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with Sub-Acute and Long Term Care buildings.
• Knowledge of primary medical and nursing care concepts for sub-acute and long-term care.
• Ability to lead and develop relationships within an interdisciplinary healthcare system.
• Professional, organized with strong oral and written communication; can present to vendors and referral sources.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, and lead a high-performing sales/marketing team.
• Willingness to travel between facilities and market areas.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing Directors to meet census goals.
• Maintain relationships with hospitals and referral partners; manage inquiries and referrals; provide tours and admissions support.
• Maintain up-to-date database of referral sources and quarterly marketing plans (QMP).
• Inform interdisciplinary teams of census changes; manage bed availability and payor changes.
• Assist Medicaid applications with patients and business office; ensure documentation.
• Familiar with PCC, Census Pro, Medicare, Medicaid and HMOs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions referrals and census management across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate with hospital partners and referral networks to optimize bed availability.
• Give tours and assist centers with admissions; ensure prompt responses to inquiries/referrals.
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans (QMP) for each center.
• Keep PCC and Census Pro up to date and share census changes with the team.
