Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a Regional Admissions Director to drive admissions and marketing across multiple centers in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey region. The role requires building strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources and community partners to meet census targets.

The candidate will lead a high-performing team, travel between facilities, and present educational materials to vendors and community partners. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Admissions/Marketing at a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with Sub-Acute and Long Term Care buildings.
• Ability to lead and develop an interdisciplinary health care team.
• Proven skills in working independently and meeting census goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to vendors and referral sources.
• Familiar with Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia market.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing admissions and marketing team.
• Manage inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral sources with timely follow-up.
• Travel between assigned facilities and related market areas.
• Develop and execute a quarterly marketing plan for each center.
• Coordinate with Admissions/Marketing Directors to reach census goals.
• Maintain relationships with hospitals and referral partners daily.
• Give tours and assist centers with admissions processes.
