Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing seeks a Regional Director of Marketing & Admissions for a Maine chain of Skilled Nursing Homes. You will lead external referral relationships, build partnerships with hospitals, and drive community engagement to elevate the brand.

The role requires field travel, strategic marketing execution, and excellent communication. Healthcare or related background with senior care experience is preferred; NaviHealth and Medicare/MaineCare knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

Relevant healthcare or related field experience.
Senior care industry experience preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Knowledge of admissions/discharge in long-term care facilities.
Familiarity with NaviHealth referral management; Medicare & MaineCare knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

Achieve referral goals through marketing strategies with healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations in Maine.
Create community engagement initiatives to elevate brand in the community.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and ability to work independently.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure strategy execution.
Attend occasional events; present a professional appearance and demeanor.
