Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Regional Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations across assigned locations in the United States. You will supervise office staff, coordinate schedules, and support sales teams with CRM inputs and deal processing.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and schedule all office staff.
  • Maintain truck inventory, invoicing, schedules, month-end close, and warranties.
  • Assist sales with inputting deals in CRM, preparing quotes, and moving through the deal process.
  • Reconcile sales tax, pay monthly, and file quarterly.
  • Issue purchase orders and checks; prepare daily cash sheet.
  • Pull invoices, specs daily, and maintain files.

Regional Administrative Manager

The Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for providing administrative oversight and support for assigned locations through the duties outlined below or through staff. Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and schedule all office staff.
  • Maintain truck inventory, including stock numbers, invoicing, truck-related paperwork, related schedules, close out month end for new and used truck departments, and process truck warranties.
  • Assist sales representatives with inputting deals in CRM, preparing quotes, and moving through the deal process.
  • Reconcile sales tax, pay monthly, and file quarterly.
  • Issue purchase orders and checks; prepare daily cash sheet.
  • Pull down all factory invoices, specs daily, make copies, and maintain files.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of administrative support and clerical staff experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
