Emerson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to promote Actuation Technologies in the Midwest. You will report to Americas Sales Director, develop key customer relationships, and drive growth with direct and channel partners across multiple states.

Preferred locations include KS/ND/SD/MN/IL/IN; travel up to 70% is expected. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience selling electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic valve automation solutions.
• Travel up to 70% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the US – visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Aufgaben

• Drive regional sales growth via direct customer and channel engagement.
• Lead commercial strategy: pricing, quotations, contracts, and risk.
• Manage channel partners including manufacturers reps and distributors.
• Drive channel performance with measurable objectives and forecasts.
• Develop customer and partner relationships through visits and opportunities.
• Expand installed base opportunities: replacements, retrofits, lifecycle services.
• Maintain pipeline & CRM accuracy for specs, pursuits, quotes, and orders.
• Lead forecasting and business planning with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Provide market and technical insights to support growth and strategy.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and events across the territory.
