Emerson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of Actuation Technologies in the Midwest. The role reports to the Americas Sales Director and focuses on developing customer and partner relationships across KC, MO/KS, ND, MN, IL, and IN regions.

Expect travel and strategic channel collaboration to meet revenue targets. Candidates should have 2+ years in valve automation sales, a degree, and the ability to work without visa sponsorship.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience selling electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic valve automation solutions.
• Travel up to 70%.
• Legal authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Drive regional sales growth through direct customer and channel engagement.
• Lead commercial strategy including pricing, quotations, contracts, and commercial risk to maximize profitability.
• Manage channel partners including manufacturers representatives, distributors, valve automation partners, and service providers.
• Drive channel performance by establishing measurable objectives, forecast accuracy, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion.
• Develop customer and partner relationships through regular visits to identify opportunities and close complex opportunities.
• Expand installed-base opportunities through replacements, modernization, retrofit, shutdown/turnaround, and lifecycle service.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM accuracy for specifications, quotations, opportunities, and orders.
• Lead forecasting and business planning with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide market and technical insight to support growth and strategy.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, factory visits, startup events and trade shows while traveling the territory.
