Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, seeks a high‑performing Acera Area Sales Director to lead Midwest field teams and drive adoption of Restrata and related products. You will partner with surgeons and OR stakeholders, develop area business plans, coach a top‑performing sales team, and ensure compliance with all policies while delivering growth and value for customers and the company.

Remote work within Midwest, travel up to 80% may be required, and you will participate in ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device or related sales.
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees and trial approvals a plus.
• Current valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of Restrata and related products.
• Develop and execute area business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team with regular reviews.
• Recruit, select, and build a dynamic sales organization, including distributors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Provide senior leadership with insights on sales performance and market trends.
