Job summary

Solventum seeks a Territory Director to lead Acera portfolio sales across a Chicago-area remote region. You will build surgeon relationships, drive adoption of Restrata, and deliver regional revenue growth while coordinating clinical education and field support.

This role requires 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 90% within the territory. Base salary is $95,000 with commission opportunities; relocation may be available and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales.
• HS diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device/pharma sales; valid driver’s license.
• Experience calling on physicians and surgeons in hospital systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and OR teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related product lines through case coverage, demonstrations, clinical support, and intraoperative assistance.
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory with revenue growth targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
