Gallagher seeks an Account Lead to serve as the primary client advisor and relationship lead for a managed member book. You will drive engagement, retention, and sales strategies across multiple programs while representing the company externally.

You will develop multi-year client strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with Operations and Member Services to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation. A strategic, cross-functional leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, business development, sales, or member engagement.
• Ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing strategic plans, budgets, or growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a membership book of business and serve as the primary client advisor and relationship lead.
• Lead strategic member engagement, retention, and sales efforts across Trust, Alliance, Kairos, and Securis.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, county meetings, and other external engagements.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits with assigned member districts, including stewardship meetings and related client touchpoints.
• Develop multi-year client strategies, including budget and funding planning.
• Partner with Operations on prospects to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
• Execute growth initiatives to support organizational expansion and retention goals.
