Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is hiring eight Account Specialists across a defined California territory to engage healthcare providers, buildTrusted relationships, and drive access to innovative therapies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support launches and adoption while maintaining up-to-date product and disease state knowledge.

This role requires a proven CNS/specialty sales background, deep understanding of patient pathways, and strong execution against quota.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Recent product launch experience, including pre-launch and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and hospital/IDN sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven, consistent quota achievement and year-over-year improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch activities.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product, disease state, and market; ensure compliance.
